Baking Powder Substitute



Take 2 Tablespoons of Cream of Tarter, 1 Tablespoon of Baking Soda, and 1 Tablespoon of Cornstarch. Combine together and enjoy... well don't eat it plain.



Today I decided to make some banana muffins since bananas seem to get ripe faster down here and I had about 9 black bananas in my freezer. Julia and I stopped at the grocery store on the way home and got some flour and Crisco. I thought that I had everything that I needed.... guess not. The Muffins are beautiful and rose to perfect little domes. Thanks google! Thanks Mom!
